Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using FVLBI. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FVLBI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.

We may modify these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update this page and revise the review date. Continued use of the service after those changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use FVLBI. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet that age requirement.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not register for the service or send personal information to us.

3. Account Registration and Security

Certain features require an account created through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, all activity under your account, and notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or involve fraud, abuse, or security risks.

4. Subscription and Billing

FVLBI offers Standard and Pro subscriptions. Plan details, available billing intervals, and current pricing are displayed at checkout and in the subscription interface.

• Standard includes wardrobe management, styling suggestions, and standard preview access.
• Pro includes higher-detail preview features, video preview access, and broader generation capacity.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Billing is processed securely through Polar.sh. You may cancel through your account settings or billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless local law requires otherwise.

Subscription credits renew with your billing cycle and may roll forward until the applicable plan cap is reached. Additional credits may be purchased as one-time top-ups and added to your wallet balance.

Some features, including detailed preview and video generation, may be unavailable or require additional consent in certain regions.

5. Refunds and Cancellation

Unused subscription time may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase where required or permitted by law. Consumed credits are not refundable. Refund requests should be sent to support@fvlbi.com.

We may refuse refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse of the billing system.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to FVLBI, including wardrobe photos, body photos, measurements, and other user-provided information.

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze that content as needed to operate the service, generate AI outputs, and improve product quality using anonymized or aggregated signals where appropriate.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload your content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated recommendations, previews, and video are provided for visualization and inspiration. These outputs are approximations and may not fully reflect real-world fit, fabric behavior, colour rendering, or personal preference.

• Visualizations may differ from actual appearance or fit.
• Recommendations may not always suit your taste or occasion.
• Generated content may contain errors, omissions, or artifacts.

Use AI outputs as guidance and reference, not as a guarantee.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use FVLBI for illegal activity or in ways that interfere with the service, other users, or our systems.

• Do not upload content that is harmful, abusive, unlawful, or infringing.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or automate unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, trials, or billing benefits.
• Do not share account credentials or upload content depicting minors.

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, software, features, and AI systems, is owned by FVLBI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FVLBI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FVLBI, its affiliates, and its service providers from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or otherwise misuse the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Data handling after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where FVLBI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
