Create your FVLBI account
Create an account with Google or Apple, confirm that you are 18 or older, and follow onboarding to add profile and wardrobe information for the first outfit suggestions.
Troubleshoot sign-in
Resolve blocked pop-ups, provider mismatches, network timeouts, and repeated-request limits when signing in with Google or Apple.
Edit wardrobe tags and laundry status
Open a wardrobe item to add freeform tags, accept suggested tags, edit Details, or change Clean, In Use, and Dirty status. Learn why editing can be disabled at a storage limit.
Photograph garments for clear results
Prepare clear, evenly lit wardrobe photos with the required apparel or footwear angles, supported file format, full item in frame, and enough resolution for processing.

Downgrading or cancelling

Understanding credits
Credits pay for AI outfit ideas, previews, videos, and worn-photo capture. Each action has a fixed credit cost, and your plan controls its monthly grant and wallet limit.
Upgrading from Standard to Pro
Upgrade through Manage Subscription when you need Pro previews, video, the Outfit Planner, worn-photo capture, more monthly credits, or a larger wardrobe limit.
Wallet debt and refunds
A refunded purchase can leave a negative credit balance when some of its credits were already used. Generation resumes only after a top-up leaves the balance above zero.
Age requirement
FVLBI is available only to people aged 18 or older. Learn when the age check appears, what confirmation records, and what happens if you cannot confirm it.
Delete body photos and account data
Remove a body profile while keeping the account, or permanently request full account deletion. Account access ends immediately and core data is scheduled for purge after 30 days.
