Troubleshoot sign-in

Resolve blocked pop-ups, provider mismatches, network timeouts, and repeated-request limits when signing in with Google or Apple.

Applies to All accounts

FVLBI signs you in through Google or Apple. There is no separate FVLBI password to reset for an account created with one of these providers.

Open the FVLBI sign-in page to start with the original provider.

Use the original provider

Select the same provider used when the account was created. A different Google account or a switch between Google and Apple can open a separate account instead of the wardrobe you expect.

  1. Sign out of extra Google or Apple sessions in the browser if the provider keeps selecting the wrong identity.
  2. Return to FVLBI and select Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.
  3. Choose the identity associated with the original FVLBI account.

If the sign-in window is blocked or closes

  • Allow pop-ups for app.fvlbi.com in the browser site settings.
  • Leave private-browsing mode if it blocks provider storage or cross-site sign-in.
  • Close duplicate FVLBI sign-in tabs, reload the sign-in page, and start one provider window.

Closing the provider window cancels that attempt. No account change is made, so you can start another attempt after the window is allowed.

If the request times out or reports a network error

  • Confirm the device has a stable connection and that the provider site opens in the same browser.
  • Temporarily pause a strict content blocker, DNS filter, or network policy only if it is preventing the Google or Apple authentication domain from loading.
  • Reload FVLBI after connectivity returns, then repeat the sign-in once.

If there were too many requests

Repeated attempts can trigger a temporary provider or account limit. Stop submitting for a while, then return and make one sign-in attempt. Continued rapid requests can extend the restriction.

When to contact support

Contact support if the original provider completes but FVLBI still returns to the sign-in page, or if the expected wardrobe is missing. Include the provider, browser, device, approximate time, and the visible error text. Never send a provider password or recovery code.
