Delete body photos and account data

FVLBI provides two separate deletion controls under Privacy and Data. Choose the control that matches the data you want removed.

Delete only the body profile

Delete Body Profile removes body photos, height and weight measurements, and the visualization profile from active storage. Backup copies are purged over a period of up to 30 days under the Privacy Policy. Your account, wardrobe, saved outfits, and credits remain.

1. Open Settings.
2. Open Privacy and Data.
3. Select Delete Body Profile.
4. Review the confirmation and select Delete Body Profile again.

Open Privacy and Data settings to use either deletion control.

AI previews that use your likeness are unavailable until a new body profile is uploaded. Wardrobe-based outfit ideas remain tied to the account.

Delete the full account

Delete Account disables sign-in immediately and schedules your core account data for permanent purge after 30 days. The current in-app flow warns that this action cannot be undone, so treat the final confirmation as permanent.

1. Open Settings, then open Privacy and Data.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Review the data listed in the confirmation. Complete provider reauthentication if FVLBI requests it.
4. Type DELETE exactly, then confirm the account deletion.

FVLBI does not currently provide a supported way to cancel a confirmed account-deletion request. After confirmation, account access ends and the scheduled purge removes core account data, including the wardrobe, body profile, saved outfits, generation history, and remaining credits.

Records retained after account closure

The Privacy Policy permits limited account profile and wardrobe records to remain for up to 90 days after closure when needed for wind-down, dispute, or security purposes. Billing, invoicing, and tax records may follow longer periods required by law.

Cancel a paid subscription separately

Account deletion does not replace subscription cancellation. Before deleting the account, open Settings, select Manage Subscription, and cancel through the billing portal or current plan controls.

If you cannot sign in to use a deletion control, contact support from the email address associated with the account. FVLBI may need to verify account ownership before acting on the request.
