Stylist composes an idea from available wardrobe information and the current context. A suggestion is a starting point that you can review, swap, regenerate, save, preview, or use for shopping discovery.

Inputs that shape a suggestion

  • Approved, fully processed wardrobe items and their category, tags, colors, pattern, formality, and seasonality information.
  • Laundry Status. Clean items are eligible, while In Use and Dirty items are held out.
  • The current weather location and available weather report.
  • Preferred Style and Typical Occasion from Settings, plus the occasion selected for the current request.
  • A selected trend chip and the regional trend report when those inputs are available.

Request and refine an idea

  1. Open Wardrobe and confirm the intended pieces are approved, processed, and marked Clean.
  2. Open Settings when you need to change Preferred Style, Typical Occasion, Weather Location, or Trend Region.
  3. Open Stylist, review the current context, and request an outfit idea.
  4. Select an item in the result when you want to swap it for another eligible wardrobe alternative.
  5. Select Regenerate when you want another complete idea. Each request uses the displayed 1-credit cost.

Open Stylist to review the current inputs.

Plan and credit access

The non-paid tier can catalogue up to 20 wardrobe items but has a 0-credit monthly grant and a 0-credit subscription wallet limit. It can request an idea only when the permanent wallet has enough credits from a top-up, approved refund, or reward.

Standard and Pro include monthly credit grants. One outfit idea costs 1 credit on every plan, and regeneration is another 1-credit request.

If an expected item is missing

  • Open the item and confirm Laundry Status is Clean.
  • Confirm the item is approved and processing has finished.
  • Review its tags and Details, and confirm the wardrobe includes the garment categories needed for a complete look.
  • Check whether the current occasion, weather, or selected trend conflicts with the item you expected.

Contact support if a Clean, approved item with the expected category never appears as an alternative across new requests. Include the item name, request time, and selected occasion, not the garment photo.
