Video preview is a Pro visualization that animates a completed image preview. The current output is four seconds at 720p and costs 100 credits for each request.
Prepare the image result and account
- Confirm that Manage Subscription shows an active Pro plan.
- Confirm that the body profile has an approved body photo and current height and weight.
- Confirm the wallet has at least 100 credits before starting the video.
- Generate the intended still image in Preview first. The video control appears only after an eligible image result exists.
Open Preview to prepare the still image.
Create the motion preview
- Review the completed image and selected garments.
- Open Bring it to life.
- Review and accept the required body-image and data-processing consent when prompted.
- Confirm the displayed 100-credit action and keep Preview open while processing.
Accounts in the European data region must have current international data-transfer consent before the video request can proceed. Settings provides the consent control when an update is required.
Understand the result
The generated motion is an illustrative preview. It does not measure fit, predict fabric movement precisely, or guarantee how the physical outfit will look while walking.
Small garment details, hands, edges, texture, and movement can differ from the still image or physical item. Use the physical garments and retailer information for decisions about fit or size.
If video processing fails
A system failure or timeout returns the locked credits automatically. A safety block before generation also releases them. A moderation block after completed processing follows the appeal rules shown with the result.
Contact support if the image is complete but Bring it to life never appears on an active Pro account, or if a failed transaction does not return after its status updates. Include the approximate time and visible status, not body photos.
