Subscriptions & Billing

Understanding credits

Credits pay for AI outfit ideas, previews, videos, and worn-photo capture. Each action has a fixed credit cost, and your plan controls its monthly grant and wallet limit.

FVLBI uses credits for AI actions that require generation or image processing. The app shows the required amount before an action starts, then locks that amount while the request is processed.

What is in your balance

Your displayed balance can contain two types of credits. FVLBI spends subscription credits before permanent wallet credits.

  • Subscription credits are added through an active Standard or Pro plan. Monthly grants add to the existing subscription balance up to the plan wallet limit.
  • Permanent wallet credits come from top-ups and some approved refunds or rewards. Permanent wallet credits do not expire.

Monthly grants and wallet limits

  • The non-paid tier has a 0-credit monthly grant and a 0-credit subscription wallet limit. It can catalogue up to 20 wardrobe items. An outfit idea requires enough permanent wallet credits from a top-up, approved refund, or reward.
  • Standard includes 400 credits each month and supports a subscription wallet balance up to 800 credits.
  • Pro includes 1,500 credits each month and supports a subscription wallet balance up to 3,000 credits.

Plan availability and billing terms can change by region. The Pricing page and the Manage Subscription screen show the current options before checkout.

Current action costs

  • One outfit idea costs 1 credit.
  • One Standard preview costs 9 credits.
  • One Pro preview costs 20 credits.
  • One video preview costs 100 credits.
  • One worn-photo capture costs 35 credits.

A re-roll or regeneration is a new AI action and uses the same credit amount as the selected action.

When credits return

A system failure or timeout returns the locked credits automatically. A safety block before generation also releases the locked amount.

If generated output is blocked by moderation after processing, the credits remain consumed while an appeal is pending. An approved appeal returns those credits to the permanent wallet.

A returned amount can take a short time to appear while the transaction status updates. Refresh the wallet after a few minutes. Contact support with the action type and approximate time if the balance still appears incorrect.
