Wallet debt and refunds

A refunded purchase can leave a negative credit balance when some of its credits were already used. Generation resumes only after a top-up leaves the balance above zero.

Wallet debt is different from an interrupted AI action. Debt can occur when a subscription or top-up purchase is refunded after some of the attached credits have already been used.

Why the wallet can be locked

When a purchase provider confirms a refund or revocation, FVLBI removes the matching unused credits. If the available balance cannot cover the adjustment, the wallet is locked and generation features pause.

The Account Restricted message shows the negative balance. Wardrobe data remains in the account while generation is paused.

Restore a positive balance

  1. Note the current negative balance in the wallet message.
  2. Choose a top-up pack large enough to cover the full negative amount and leave at least 1 credit in the resulting balance.
  3. Complete checkout and return to FVLBI.
  4. Refresh the wallet after payment confirmation. Generation resumes when the resulting balance is above zero.

Open Manage Subscription to view the available credit top-ups.

A payment that brings the balance to exactly zero does not unlock generation. The resulting balance must be positive.

If you see a duplicate charge

Compare the Polar receipt references and the status of each bank entry. A pending authorization is not the same as a completed charge.

If two charges are completed for the same purchase, contact support with both receipt references, the purchase date, and the provider. Do not send a full card number or bank statement.

Refunds for AI actions

  • A system failure or timeout returns locked credits automatically.
  • A safety block before generation releases the locked amount.
  • A moderation block after generation consumes the action credits while an appeal is pending. An approved appeal returns them to the permanent wallet.

Transaction and provider updates can take a short time to appear. If the wallet remains locked after a qualifying top-up or an expected refund is missing, contact support with the transaction time, provider, and receipt reference.
